By downloading, installing, or using the Lingo Peach mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and OrbitNest Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer and operator of Lingo Peach.

Lingo Peach is a German language learning application that helps users:

• Practice German through AI-powered voice conversations
• Learn vocabulary with spaced repetition flashcards
• Track progress across fluency, accuracy, pronunciation, comprehension, and vocabulary
• Take CEFR level assessments from A1 to B2
• Access structured lessons organized by topic and difficulty
• Receive real-time pronunciation and grammar feedback
• Earn achievements and maintain daily streaks

The App is provided on a freemium model with core features available for free and premium features available through a paid subscription.

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your information as necessary
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Use a valid email address that you have access to

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Lingo Peach uses AI-powered voice recognition and conversation features. By using these features, you understand and agree that:

• Voice data is processed in real-time for conversation and feedback purposes
• Conversation transcripts may be stored for your review and progress tracking
• AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally contain errors
• The AI tutor is not a substitute for professional language instruction
• Voice quality and recognition accuracy depend on device capabilities and environment
